The client's domain, accounts, business data, photos, and brand assets remain theirs. Once the initial website commitment is satisfied, the completed site is transferable.
After the first 12 months, the client can continue Managed Website at $349/month, move to Website Care at $195/month, or take the website elsewhere.

Managed Services cover the defined recurring responsibilities. Major expansion is quoted separately so the monthly service does not turn into an unlimited design or development desk.
Not included in Managed Website
Major redesigns, new pages beyond scope, ecommerce, custom applications, large booking or membership systems, branding projects, photography or video, ongoing SEO campaigns, paid advertising, large copywriting projects, and third-party subscriptions or software.

Paid advertising, social-media management, guaranteed rankings, guaranteed AI recommendations, large new content campaigns, large quantities of new pages or articles, photography or video, major website redesign or development, and paid third-party services.
Completed work stays completed
If Modern Discovery stops, completed schema, optimized content, metadata, and other finished improvements stay in place. Ongoing monitoring and improvement simply stop. After a significant lapse, reactivation can require a $195 re-audit and restart fee.

Does STATICMETHOD guarantee search rankings or AI recommendations?

What happens if Modern Discovery stops?
