Small Business Modernization · Houston Area
Modernize the way your business shows up.
Old contact details, scattered accounts, a personal email address, and a website nobody can update can all make a business harder to run. STATICMETHOD helps put the important pieces in order.

What modernization means
Bring the pieces customers see and the systems you rely on into one clearer setup.
It might mean fixing conflicting phone numbers on Google, setting up business email, replacing a website that cannot be edited, or sorting out domain and account access. We start with what is actually causing problems.
Domain ownership, business email, Google Workspace where appropriate, analytics, Search Console, and the accounts that should stay under client control.
Website, Google Business Profile, social profiles, contact information, service descriptions, and the places customers use to verify the business.
Logo, core visual direction, practical files, and consistent presentation across the website, profiles, documents, and customer touchpoints.
Start with the actual gap
You may not need a full launch package.
Sometimes you need help with a Google listing or professional email. Sometimes the website and business accounts need work together. We assess what you already have before recommending more.

When the business needs the pieces built together.
White Glove engagements are for owners who do not want to coordinate separate vendors for brand, website, business setup, and launch infrastructure.
Strategy, brand, custom business website, business presence, and launch systems coordinated around one business.
The same joined-up approach with the additional requirements of an ecommerce launch, storefront, payments, products, and commerce setup.
Business-critical domains, accounts, data, and brand assets stay client-controlled wherever practical so the business is not trapped behind a vendor relationship.
What gets cleaned up
Less fragmentation. Fewer mystery logins. A clearer handoff.
Modernization can include documenting who owns the domain, moving business email out of personal accounts, connecting analytics and search tools, cleaning up local business information, organizing brand files, and making the website the reliable place customers can understand the business.
The goal is not to add more tools. It is to make the tools the business actually needs easier to understand, own, and maintain.
Common questions
How do you know how far to take it?
Can STATICMETHOD work with accounts I already have?
Yes. Existing domains, email, Google accounts, profiles, and platforms are reviewed before anything is replaced. Keeping a working system is often better than migrating simply for consistency.
Do I have to move everything to one provider?
No. The objective is clear ownership and a dependable system, not forcing every tool into one vendor. The best setup can use different providers when each has a clear role.
Is this only for a new business?
No. Existing businesses often need modernization because years of ad-hoc accounts, old websites, former vendors, and inconsistent profiles create more friction than a new business starts with.
What should I own directly?
At minimum, the business should understand and control its domain, critical business accounts, payment accounts, primary data, analytics access, and brand assets wherever practical. STATICMETHOD documents the handoff instead of making access dependent on memory.
